Each subscription comes with TWO planter inserts and will be delivered SPRING(April/May), late SUMMER(August/September), and WINTER(December/January). Subscriptions are billed every four months for the life of the subscription.

One-time purchases are per insert and will not renew. Delivery charges apply to one-time orders under $50.
